Kürzlich ging es für Arzu und mich an den Gardasee. Für viele Münchner ist der italienische Gardasee ein Hotspot schlechthin. Tatsächlich war es für uns die erste richtige Begegnung mit diesem schönen See. Wir haben uns für den Ort Limone an Westufer entschieden. Das Stadtbild ist unter anderem durch die berühmten Zitronenhaine geprägt. Richtig schön authentisch sieht man hier Häuser am Felsen, kleine verwinkelte Gässchen der malerischen Altstadt die blumengeschmückt sind.Neben der Altstadt ist das Museum Limonaia del Castèl, dass bekannteste Zitronengewächshaus im alten Ortskern ein absolutes Highlight. Außerdem ist auch der spektakuläre Radweg von Limone nach Riva für alle Radler und Fußgänger eine toller Spot.
Was wäre aber ein Besuch im schönen Italien ohne dem perfekten Hotel?! Nach langen Recherchen haben wir uns für das Eala Hotel in Limone sul Garda entschieden. Dieses 5-Sterne Luxushotel war einfach genau die richtige Oase für uns Genießer. Ein einzigartiges Gefühl von umfassendem Wohlbefinden für Körper und Seele. Hier gibt es neben toller Kulinarik auch Wellness nach jedem Geschmack. Der Privatstrand und direkt Zugang zum See runden den Aufenthalt im Eala perfekt ab. Für uns war aber der Ausblick von unserem Zimmer mit Whirlpool einfach das absolute Highlight. Daher haben wir die Mahlzeiten auch alle auf unserer schönen privaten Terrasse genossen. Ein Traum am Gardasee!

Recently, Arzu and I went to Lake Garda. For many Munich residents, the Italian Lake Garda is a hotspot par excellence. In fact, for us it was the first real encounter with this beautiful lake. We chose the town of Limone on the western shore. The townscape is characterized, among other things, by the famous lemon groves. Really nice authentic you see here houses on the rock, small winding alleys of the picturesque old town which are decorated with flowers.
In addition to the old town, the museum Limonaia del Castèl, the most famous lemon greenhouse in the old town center is an absolute highlight. In addition, the spectacular bike path from Limone to Riva is also a great spot for all cyclists and pedestrians.
But what would a visit to beautiful Italy be without the perfect hotel?!
After much research, we decided on the Eala Hotel in Limone sul Garda. This 5-star luxury hotel was just the right oasis for us connoisseurs. A unique feeling of comprehensive well-being for body and soul. Here, in addition to great culinary delights, there is also wellness to suit every taste. The private beach and direct access to the lake round off the stay at the Eala perfectly. For us, however, the view from our room with whirlpool was simply the absolute highlight. Therefore, we also enjoyed all the meals on our beautiful private terrace. A dream on Lake Garda!
