Wer kennt das Sprichwort ‚die Qual der Wahl‘ nicht?! Es ist oftmals in verschiedenen Lebenssituationen schwierig, Entscheidungen zu treffen. Nicht immer finden wir auf Anhieb eine einzige Präferenz.
Gerade wenn es um Parfums geht, ist die wichtige Wahl sehr essenziell. Für mich hieß es vor ein paar Wochen, meinen Favoriten aus der Ted Baker Tonics Fragrance Collection zu wählen.
Die Kollektion hat drei verschiebe Richtungen nach denen die einzelnen Flacons auch benannt sind, Silber, Gold und Kupfer. Die Falcons sind vom Periodensystem inspiriert und wer genauer hinschaut erkennt dieses auch auf der edelen Schwarten Flasche.
Silber steht für den traditionellen Gentleman der die Liebe zum Detail gerne sprechen lässt. Die Duftnoten von Ag – ja ihr lest richtig, die Parfumnamen sind auch nach dem Periodensystem benannt – ist Eukalyptus und rauchiges Leder.
Kupfer hingegen verkörpert den aktiven und trendigen Mann von heute. Denn Cu hat sehr frische und fruchtige Duftnoten wie Grapefruit Pfeffer und Sandelholz.
Kommen wir zu meinen Favoriten: Gold – also Au – dieser Duft beinhaltet Bergamotte, Vanille und feine orientalische Gewürze. Genau das richtige für den abenteuerlustigen Classy Man.
Ich finde alle drei Varianten sehr angenehm und frisch und finde sie haben eine sehr sinnliche Note. Doch einen Tick weiter vorne ist Au für mich.

Ted’s Fragrant Metals
Who does not know the saying ‘it’s tough decision if you have a choice’? It is often difficult to make decisions in different life situations. We don’t always find a single preference right away.
Especially when it comes to perfumes, the important choice is very essential. A few weeks ago I had to choose my favourite from the Ted Baker Tonics Fragrance Collection.
The collection has three different directions the bottles are named after, silver, gold and copper. The Falcons are inspired by the periodic table and if you take a closer look you will also see this on the noble Schwarten bottle.
Silver stands for the traditional gentleman who likes to let the attention to detail speak for itself. The fragrances of Ag – yes you read correctly, the perfume names are also named after the periodic table – are eucalyptus and smoky leather.
Copper, on the other hand, embodies the active and trendy man of today. Cu has very fresh and fruity scents like grapefruit pepper and sandalwood.
Let’s come to my favourites: Gold – Au – this fragrance contains bergamot, vanilla and fine oriental spices. Just the thing for the adventurous Classy Man.
I find all three variations very pleasant and fresh and they have a very sensual touch. But a bit further ahead is Au for me.
